About the event
Our Plant & Earn event continues with BSP Bank Tonga Ltd - and this is our first one for 2024! In this workshop we are hosting together, each child will access a refresher session (for our returning Plant & Earners) and newcomers get to learn some sowing, planting, and transplanting skills. There will be a new model and stations set up for the children. The work that they produce and/or do; based on the number of seeds they sow and number of seedlings they transplant will receive a reward - in the form of monetary value directly deposited in to their BSP Kids Savings Account. Each kid can earn up to $50 maximum at this workshop session. This workshop focuses on growth in our backyards interweaving in also how we can create value out of such work, earn money, and learn how to save. Bunny's Backyard and BSP Bank (Tonga) will now be hosting these workshops on a bi-annual basis instead of the formerly announced quarterly basis. This is in the aim to create more backyard experiences and access to financial literacy education.
